On all of our projects an initial survey will be undertaken by our management team who are experts in the industry. They will be on hand to educate the client on the latest building technologies available to them and the best options for increasing value. An example of this includes recommending building a two-story unit on the garage (if space is suitable) and turning this into a separate liveable unit that can be rented out to bring a valuable monthly income.

The HMCL design team will ensure that the client’s ideas and desires are captured through plans and samples as we strive to establish the client’s key requirements before we begin on site. This will help to ensure the finished product is one of high quality and an exact model of the image in the client’s mind.
